Career And Skills Simulation (CASS) Day
Our revolutionary approach to career days and career exploration
The CASS Day reimagines traditional career days by immersing students in practical, hands-on experiences.
Instead of simply listening to talks or dressing up for a day, the CASS Day takes a fair approach, where students move through Career Hubs—interactive stations led by professionals acting as Hub Patrons. Each hub offers an experiential glimpse into a career field, with practical skills demonstrations, challenges, and opportunities to interact directly with mentors.
Whether it’s learning to craft a business plan, practice a technical or vocational skill, or explore creative problem-solving, the CASS Day provides students with an opportunity to experience and experiment with different careers and skills, gain real-world insights and inspiration to make informed decisions in their pursuit of their academic and career goals.
